Leadville Loppet – Nordic Ski in Leadville or at Home

The Leadville Loppet, an annual cross-country ski race, celebrates and raises funds for Leadville’s famed Mineral Belt Trail. This year, you have the whole month of February to complete the race—in Leadville or from afar.

        How to Participate

Log your skied kilometers from Feb. 1-Feb. 28 from any location. Log any distance, classic or skate. Skijorers can log kilometers via skate ski. Once you reach a milestone distance, ranging from 5K to 200K, you will receive a Leadville-themed digital badge via email.

Coming to Leadville to ski? Great! You can find the 2020 Loppet courses online, to help you plan your own course on the Mineral Belt Trail.

Register today! Registration costs $15. Donate an additional $25 to receive a Melanzana Leadville Loppet hat!

        What You’ll Support

All proceeds will go toward grooming the Mineral Belt Trail in winter, for your skiing fun. Please register today! We are grateful for your support!

Leadville Winter Mountain Bike Series – In Town or from Afar

The Leadville Winter Mountain Bike Series hosts five fat bike races to benefit the Cloud City Wheelers, which has built over 20 miles of trail in Lake County. This year, the race series will be held as a self-timed race and will be open to fat bikers, skiers, snowshoers, and snowbladers, to encourage more people to get outside and enjoy the bike trails.
