Enjoy a day celebrating Horace, Augusta, and Baby Doe Tabor! Join the event at all three Leadville sites:

11 a.m. – Get your summer on with a cookout at the Matchless Mine, where the Tabors first made their fortune. Enjoy musical act Birds on a Line, readings by best-selling authors Diane Brotemarkle, Ann Parker, and Donna Baer Stein. Get a mountain man education with mules and gold panning.

2 p.m. – Tap your toes at a free concert by the 101st Army Band at the Tabor Opera House.

10 a.m. – 4 p.m. – Visit the Tabor Home in downtown Leadville, former home to Horace and Augusta.
