Full Moon Guided Hike and Telescope Program

Join Leo Pareti and Joan Veilleux from the Forest Service, hike along the Colorado Trail and learn how the full moon affects forest animals. Gaze at detailed views of craters and valleys of the moon through a telescope.
Meet at Mountain View Fishing Site off Hwy 82 (between the Twin Lakes Dam and Dexter Boat Ramp/Campground)
Children must come with an adult for this free, fun program. The program may be cancelled if there is rain or lightning.
Please dress in layers, wear sturdy shoes, bring a camp chair or blanket and a headlamp that has a red (or low-light color) setting
