Gentle Yoga session with Erin Watkins to invite your insights into poetic movement. Integrate through mindful movement and create space for powerful shifts. (40 min)
Movement evolves to Breathwork guided by Sarah to release and clear your body, mind and spirit and truely conceive your healed self.
Breathwork will be encompassed in a sound bath by Alex. Breathwork along with the soundscape can truly alchemize you and sift out what doesn’t resonate for you anymore. Sound also provides a veil of privacy for your breathwork experience. (50 min)
