This day of restoration will include a 2-hour yoga session at FREIGHT (mats will be spaced 10 feet apart) with Yoga Instructor, Erin Watkins followed by a healthy lunch at FREIGHT and then a 3-hour meditative walk on the east side of town led by Nature Therapist, Donna Childress.
