Three renowned Western writers will share stories drawn from history, sign books, and meet with readers on Saturday, June 12, 2021, in Leadville, Colo.
- Chris Enss is a New York Times best-selling author and award-winning writer who has published more than 40 books on women of the Old West.
- Bill Markley has written three nonfiction books and writes for True West, Wild West, and South Dakota magazines.
- Phil Mills, Jr. is an award-winning Western author who has written three historical novels set in 1800s Wyoming and six children’s books.
Talk on Historical Characters and Stories
The three authors will talk with the audience about historical characters they have researched, plus the many stories they have written over the years about some of the West’s most intriguing historical figures.
