DESCRIPTION:Based at Copper Mountain Resort in the heart of the Rockies\, the famous Copper Triangle is a cycling classic. \nThis road ride is graced with breathtaking scenery\, gorgeous roads and three climbs over 10\,000 feet. The 79-mile loop crests three Colorado mountain passes – Hwy 91 Fremont Pass (Elev. 11\,318’)\, Hwy 24 Tennessee Pass (Elev. 10\,424’) and Interstate 70 Vail Pass (Elev. 10\,662’) – for a total elevation gain of 6\,500 feet.

DESCRIPTION:This is it\, the granddaddy of all endurance Mountain Bike (MTB) races.  \nRiders tackle steep climbs and technical descents as they traverse a course that winds its way through some of the most stunning scenery in the country. From the rocky terrain of Powerline to the breathtaking views from the top of Columbine\, the Leadville Trail 100 MTB course is a true test of endurance and skill. With a peak elevation of 12\,600 feet above sea level\, riders must also contend with the effects of altitude as they push themselves to their limits.  \nThe Leadville Trail 100 MTB course is not for the faint of heart\, but for those who are up to the challenge\, it is an unforgettable experience. \nThe race starts in downtown Leadville at Harrison and 6th and heads south through Lake County past Twin Lakes and then returns to finish in downtown Leadville.
