Welcome to a Victorian, Western home where you can feel at home and put your feet up. We offer 10 cozy guest rooms, all with their own bathroom and a recently renovated kitchen for your use.

Have picnics or BBQs on spacious decks while enjoying mountain views. Enjoy the hot tub, sauna, or play some pool/ ping pong in the common room with your friends. The home is a large former Victorian boarding house nestled in the pines with many mountain views out the windows, and it is one block off Leadville’s historic Harrison Ave. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the house, TVs in every bedroom (no cable, only Netflix and HBO!)

We rent out the entire house in advance. The whole house, which is completely furnished and ready, can sleep up to 30 people in beds. If you are looking to rent out an individual bedroom, it will be available 3 months in advance.
