In this uniquely guided journey, we will come together to amplify our attunement to
the dance of the moon and tap into lunar consciousness – a realm of dreams,
imagination, and intuition, as you receive an intentional sound bath designed to
harmonize the very essence of your being with the greater forces of our earthly and
cosmic world, allowing your beating heart to /nd rhythm with your deeper nature,
as one with the Earth & Cosmos.
Before we drop into the vibrational waves of Sound – you will travel through lunar
realms with a guided dream journey to emerge within a deeper exploration of
soulfully connecting to your divine essence within. We will then embrace stillness
and receptivity, absorbing a conscious weaving of ancient notes, primal rhythms,
and an eclectic mix of live instruments for your ears, hearts, and spirits to bathe in,
letting the frequencies guide you within this divine portal of sacred moon time.
There will be space before and after the immersion for heart-centered intention
setting and integration.Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any other items you may want to be comfortable lying down for 90min (bolster, eye pillow, etc.)
