Come enjoy the beautiful landscape of Mt. Massive Wilderness as we join in 60 minutes of gentle Vinyasa flow. This is your invitation to breathe in all the freshies while moving mindfully to the healing sounds of nature and crystal singing bowls. We will meet under the pavilion at Leadville National Fish Hatchery located at 2846 CO-300, Leadville, CO 80461.
Class begins at 2pm so please come early to give yourself time to find your spot, settle in and prepare. You will have the option to park below (signs will be provided) by the buildings and enjoy a light walk up to the pavilion. Or, a few parking spots will be available at the end of a short drive up to the evergreen lake. Dress for the weather. Comfortable layers are always a good choice. There will be a limited availability of props so if you require a mat, blanket, blocks or strap feel free to bring what you like.
It’s always a good idea to have water nearby when you’re hanging in the mountains so don’t forget your water bottle. Lastly, remember to bring an open mind and a kind, loving, compassionate heart. This class is intended to be accessible to almost all levels so no real experience is necessary. As long as you can breathe, you can yoga. No headstands unless you really want to.
Rachael and Alex from Blue Earth Yoga in Leadville, CO look forward to seeing you in the elements! Namaste
