Haunted Healy House Museum Tour
Join XX Paranormal Communications for a late-night tour of the Healy House Museum & Dexter Cabin unlike any other!
For nearly 150 years, the Little Mansion on the Hill has kept watch over Cloud City. From glittering highs to devastating lows, the 1878 Healy House and 1879 Dexter Cabin have seen it all. Thousands have crossed their thresholds; it’s possible some never left.
Now, you’ll get the chance to find out.
The evening begins in the dining room, where you’ll learn about the property’s long history and get a glimpse into Leadville’s surprising early-day Spiritualist underground. Guests will then split into teams and investigate throughout the house and cabin, guided by the experienced all-female team from XX Paranormal Communications.

Space is limited, so reserve your tickets early!
**This event is not recommended for kids under 15. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.**
The event will take place mostly inside, but the house and cabin can be drafty. Be sure to dress for fall in Leadville!
Parking is available in front of the museum on East 10th Street; overflow parking will be available on West 10th Street across Harrison Avenue above Ice Palace Park.
