An invitation with Jenna Pfingston to come underneath the noise of the mind and into the deeper intelligence of your body, where a language lives that existed long before you learned to explain, control, or make sense of everything you feel.
Together we will enter ceremony through cacao, calling in the directions and an embodied dharma conversation, followed by a deeper inspired shamanic journey to soften the body and prepare us for Primal Movement and voice activation.
Through Primal Movement, we listen for the impulses of the body and trust how the body wants to move, breathe, sound, shake, soften, rest, express, or take up space before the mind turns the experience into a story.
