Activating your Inner Sage at Blue Earth Yoga

Ready to tap into your inner wisdom and get the guidance you’ve been craving? In this deeply reflective workshop, integrative coach and hypnotist Kristen King will guide you through a hypnosis journey to meet your wise advisor — the part of you that knows exactly what you need to move forward. You’ll leave with powerful insights and a clear sense of direction, plus the tools to stay connected to your inner sage whenever you need guidance. Through journaling and group sharing, you’ll anchor your newfound wisdom and leave feeling empowered, focused, and ready to trust your intuition.
Primary activity/ies: Identify target areas, participate in a group guided trance/meditation to meet with their wise advisor, share and journal
A Journal and pen for each participant, essential oils to use during the workshop, oracle cards to use during the workshop, electric kettle, bottled water, and assorted teas will be provided.
If desired, please bring your own writing tools, beverages and snacks of your choice, a cup for personal use, any comfort items.
