SEDUCT-ercise combines cardio, toning, balance, and flexibility with burlesque-inspired moves for a fun and sexy full-body workout.

EVERY body is a burlesque body, and previous burlesque experience is NOT required for this class.

Classes are 45-60 minutes and appropriate for all fitness levels.

Please bring:

✅ a yoga mat

✅ a necktie you don’t mind ruining (Kristen has extras if you need to borrow one), and

✅ a water bottle

Wear comfortable workout clothes. Costumes welcome as long as you can safely move in them! Bare feet recommended.

If you’re already comfortable using them in your workouts, feel free to bring your own small hand weights or resistance bands for an extra challenge.

Kristen King has been teaching community group fitness classes for about 10 years, both in Florida and in Colorado. She became a certified ZUMBA® instructor in 2017 and was named Leadville/Lake County’s Best Fitness Instructor in 2019. When she’s not shaking what her mama gave her, Kristen can be found hanging out with her husband and 11yo twins, singing karaoke, and working with private clients as a life and business coach.
