711 Harrison Ave., Suite 2C, Leadville

To add some extra sparkle in your life, head to Borek Gems & Jewelry. What sets their jewelry apart is their hands-on approach to every stage of the jewelry-making process.

Owner Jordan Borek is a geologist who learned gem cutting and goldsmithing and silversmithing along the way. Now, he and his brother sell beautiful pieces at their new Leadville store. They are committed to sourcing stones ethically and sustainably. Most stones come from Colorado and surrounding states, from Jordan’s own topaz mine and from local prospectors—so that you can wear a gorgeous piece that’s truly Colorado.
