Mead is a gluten-free alcoholic beverage made from honey. It is the oldest fermented beverage known to man but we put a modern spin on the ancient libation by utilizing modern brewing techniques, special ingredients, and state of the art equipment. We make lower alcohol (5-8%abv) carbonated meads, mostly on the dry side, but also offer full strength sweet meads.
