Upper Arkansas River (Between Leadville and Buena Vista) –
The dry fly action has slowed, but the afternoon and evening rain showers have cooled the river and bumped the flows a bit. Flows are a little low for nymphing so stick to your dry/dropper rigs. Try attractor or caddis patterns on top with small mayfly and midge droppers/emergers.
