Find all your favorite American foods at Isabella’s Kitchen food truck, now under new ownership. Enjoy tasty burgers, wings, chicken sandwiches, fries, and tacos and more!

MINERAL 1886

700 Harrison Ave., Leadville, at the rear of the Historic Delaware Hotel

Start your day with a breakfast of chicken and waffles, avocado toast, biscuits and gravy, the house donut made daily, fresh grated hash browns, and the Leadville 100, a maple-butter hash brown skillet bowl that includes eggs, breakfast meats, and smothered in your choice of duck-fat hollandaise, sausage gravy, or green chile.

You’ll barely have room for lunch, but come back for that, too! Savor the talents of Chef Diana Gutierrez, a local resident who studied culinary arts in Mexico and has worked under notable chefs in Tijuana and San Diego. The restaurant, located inside the Historic Delaware Hotel, is the first phase to complete of a full hotel renovation.

PASTIME SALOON

120 W. 2nd St., Leadville

An antique dive since 1878, Pastime is newly reopened under new ownership. Once a gambling saloon in the Red Light District with seats filled by Doc Holliday, Jesse James, Wild West ruffians and more, Pastime continues to be notorious. Visit this beer-slinging parlor and pass the time.
