Savor the talents of Chef Diana Gutierrez, a local resident who studied culinary arts in Mexico and has worked under notable chefs in Tijuana and San Diego. The restaurant, located inside the Historic Delaware Hotel, is the first phase to complete of a full hotel renovation.
