2022 Travel Guide To Leadville & Twin Lakes

Leadville and Twin Lakes, Colorado, is open for business. We are taking precautions to ensure you have a safe and healthy trip. Please use this Travel Guide to know what to expect. Then plan your visit!

WHAT’S OPEN

INDOORS

Lodgingshops, and many fun things to do are open.

 

Restaurants are open for dine-in at 100% of restaurant capacity, with 6′ of distance required between parties inside and 3′ of distance required between parties outside. No more than 10 per party are allowed. Many local restaurants also offer takeout and delivery.

 

Bars are now open at 100% capacity, with 6′ of distance required between parties. Last call is at 2 a.m.

 

OUTDOORS

Trails, outdoor activities, and outdoor guided services are open to rejuvenate your body and soul.

 

EVENTS & GATHERINGS

Indoor and outdoor events are back!

 

MASK GUIDANCE & HEALTH INFO

Best practice is to keep a mask on you at all times, as businesses may still require a face covering. Lake County is following state guidelines. See Colorado guidance for wearing masks.

 

  • Fully vaccinated people may go without masks in public indoor spaces unless the setting requires otherwise.
  • Businesses may require customers to wear masks or show proof of full vaccination.
  • Unvaccinated people over age 11 are encouraged to wear masks in all public indoor spaces.
