Located at the historic Leadville National Fish Hatchery, the Fish Hatchery 5K run features a scenic cross country style course that winds through subalpine forest near and around the Evergreen Lakes and lower Rock Creek area. The route consists of dirt road, path and trail.

Awards will be given to the top male and female finishers in each of the following age groups: 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in the 12 and under age group. Stick around for the post-race raffle.
