Leadville’s Irish Weekend 2025
September 19 - September 21
Join us among the golden Aspen leaves for a beautiful weekend in Leadville celebrating her Irish heritage! Events include musical events, play, memorial, dedications, and even a practice St. Patrick’s Day parade that has been running for over 70 years!
Friday, September 19th
7PM – join us for a sunset convocation/sing song at the Irish Miners’ Memorial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Saturday, September 20th
12pm – the annual practice St. Patrick’s Day parade marches down Harrison Avenue
7pm to 10pm – The Young Dubliners Celtic Rock will be performing in a fundraiser concert to benefit the Irish memorial, at the historic Tabor Opera House
Sunday, September 21st
11:00am – Gather to dedicate the new “Mother and Child” sculpture at the Evergreen Cemetery
1:30pm to 4pm – Open House at the Healy House Museum & Dexter’s Cabin – Free entrance to the Unearthed: Voices of Leadville’s Shanty Irish Exhibit
