Partner Aerial Yoga: LIVING Love w/ Tanya & Matt

Partner yoga with the aerial hammock offers lots of grins and giggles. Tanya and Matt guide you and your partner into postures that bring memories of twister, hopscotch, and playground fun into this great community night. Come prepared for lots of laughter.

Suspended near each other, two hammocks double the stretch, strength, and support partners gain from collaborating together to explore traditional yoga postures. In this inspired setting where partner work deepens your expression of the pose and connection to your partner; renew relationships to yourself, to your partner, and to the community.

Music recorded by Matt will serenade us in the background.

Bring a partner or be open to paring up. No previous partner yoga experience necessary.

We recommend wearing a t-shirt or long sleeve shirt for ‘hammock’ comfort. Wear stretchy pants or yoga pants. No jewelry. Great for beginners and advanced students alike as the hammock makes yoga accessible to everybody and every-body. No aerial experience needed. Ages 12+. Pregnant participants welcome.
