Delve deeper into the way the hammock can enhance passive and active postures that restore the body. Be moved by LIVE music as you are invited into a slow flow that cultivates a wide range of motion. This class is designed to maximize the therapeutic effects of the aerial hammock as an assist. We will also incorporate bolsters and blocks for more support. The hammock helps decompress the spine and reduce stress and pain. The integration between surrendering and softening and active restoration will move you towards self-awareness and self-healing. Sealing our practice with an extra-long and well-deserved floating Savasana, this class is crafted to relax and restore you so that you can sleep deeply. Let the breath flow. Aaahhh…

We recommend wearing a long sleeve shirt for ‘hammock’ comfort and keeping warm. No jewelry. Great for beginners and advanced students alike as the hammock makes yoga accessible to everybody and every-body. No aerial experience needed. Ages 12+. Pregnant participants welcome.
