Directions to Trailhead

From Hwy 24 head west on Mountain View Drive, Turn Right on County Road 9 to Leadville Junction.

Parking

Larger parking lot near Leadville Junction where Country Road 9 and 99 meet. Smaller pull out parking if you turn and go across the train tracks and river to the 3 way stop sign where Turquoise Lake Road (9C) and County Road 9 meet.

Why It’s a Gem

This great network includes 8 miles of beginner and intermediate single track hiking and biking trails that can be connected to the Turquoise Lake Shoreline Trail and Turquoise Lake Road.

Easily accessible from the Molly Brown and Silver Dollar Campgrounds.
