Catch Leadville Winter Activities On Colorado Public Television

Get a taste of winter activities in Leadville, Colorado, with special new videos from the Colorado Public Television (Channel 12) Street Level series.

 

In the first episode of this intriguing two-part series, host Juliana Broste will explore the “City in the Clouds,” honor the famed heroes of the 10th Mountain Division, hop on a snowcat for an exciting tour on Chicago Ridge, and hit the slopes at Ski Cooper, a charming destination for anyone up for an authentic, family friendly, and affordable day on the mountain.

 

In the second episode, Juliana will show how you can be in your element in Leadville in the winter. She will introduce us to the superb fat tire biking opportunities in North America’s highest city, swing by Leadville’s historic Tabor Opera House, snowshoe to the Tennessee Pass Cookhouse and sample its mouthwatering menu, and spend a restful night at the Tennessee Pass sleep yurts.
